How should I prepare for my course?

You need to remember one thing. Please do not eat any food two hours before your appointment. You may drink water/liquids etc. But you do not want your body to digest food while you are cleansing. So remember not to eat two hours before your session starts. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call us. We will also provide you with instructions to follow at the end of your session.
